- All electronics are controlled through various flavors of command and control infrastructure
- There is also wearable tech for special missions and game types
- To equip the battlefield, inflatable structures and bunkers can be used
- A wide range of textiles can be used to identify teams and / or protect gamer's clothes from the dirt

Common characteristics
All gaming devices (battle boxes, claymores, master controllers, radio repeater and wearable tech) come equipped with the following:
Key lock
Each and every Battlefield Sports device comes with a key lock. With a turn of the key, you can activate (or deactivate) the device. This allows for the ultimate portability of your battlefield. You can set up shop in just minutes, activating all devices with a turn of a key, and you're ready to go.
Battery
There are several types of batteries used in the various devices.
The 7.2 volt 4.000 mAh NiMH battery is the most common. It can be found in
The 7.2 volt 3.000 mAh NiMH battery is used in
7.4 volt 2.000 mAh Lith-ion can be found in
Please note: different batteries also mean different chargers.
Digital Radio
This is used by the devices for short-range communications. For instance, it will allow you to respawn players who are in the direct vicinity of a battle box which is configured as a medic box or combo box. The other way around, it can be used to damnage a player who lets someone equipped with a melee box come too close.
Speaker
Each device comes equipped with a water-proof speaker to allow for audio feedback. For instance, your gun wil tell you 'dead already' if you've tried to shoot a player that was already deactivated, or 'you're dead' if you try to shoot someone after you've been killed.
Red Dot Scope (only on the guns, as an option on some models)
Even though some of the devices can be supplied without a scope, it is highly recommended to equip all your guns with red dot scopes. These not only allow the players to get a far better sight on what they're aiming at, but they also add to the 'wow-factor' of playing on the battlefield.
The red dot scope exists in two versions:
