Battlefield Sports' equipment is built to last. However, sometimes an upgrade or repair may be necessary after years of service. 

That's why we also offer a Battlefield Sports maintenance, diagnosis en repair service.

Please do not ship your equipment to us until your booking is confirmed. All shipping should be tracked & insured. If required we can quote for shipping the equipment back before you even send it to us (we will require, box weights and dimensions). 

Repair service

Send us your equiment and we'll be more than happy to repair is for you. 

After reception of the defective unit, we will provide you with a quote (parts + labor + shipment back to you) for the repairs. You will then  receive an invoice for the repairs, in order to avoid any surprises. 
We charge 25,-€ per device for the initial checks.

Servicing is 25,-€ per device + shipping and repairs as quoted if approved. Optional conditioning of batteries is an extra 25,-€ per unit.​

Upgrade service

upgrade your equipment to the latest version of SATR the PCB's can handle. 

• older boards (SATR 1.x, 2.x) can be upgraded to SATR 2.4c
• newer boards can be upgraded to the latest version of SATR

NOTE: The software upgrade doesn’t update the SD cards for the new sounds you will need to purchase new SD cards.
